Day 1 Keynote Speaker:
Mr Wong Kim Yin
Group President & CEO of Sembcorp
Mr Wong has close to 30 years of leadership experience in the energy sector and in investment management. He has been instrumental in leading Sembcorp’s transformation of its portfolio from brown to green.
Mr Wong was the group chief executive officer of Singapore Power (SP Group) from 2012 to 2020. Prior to SP Group, he led investments and project development in his roles at Temasek International and The AES Corporation.
Mr Wong is the chairman of SkillsFuture Singapore and serves on the boards of the National Research Foundation, the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore and DSO National Laboratories. He is also a board member of China Venture Capital Fund Corporation and a Vice Chairman of the World Energy Council.
Mr Wong holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Systems from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Day 2 Keynote Speaker:
Dr Han Byung Joon
CEO & Co-Founder of Silicon Box
Dr. Byung-Joon (BJ) Han is co-founder and CEO @ Silicon Box. He served as Chief Technology
Officer, President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board for JCET STATS Chippac
– the world’s No. 3 OSAT – where he worked for twenty years (1999-2019). During that time, he
grew revenue at STATS Chippac from $100M to $4.3B by transforming Singapore-based
STATS into a global company.

Mr Arthur Wee

Mr Arthur Wee is a strategic, visionary and learning oriented leader who enjoys the challenge of working in a environment characterized by global business demands, evolving global market as well as disruption due to today Industry 4.0 transformation.
