Arthur graduated with bachelor degree from NTU in Mechanical & Production Engineering, and obtained his Master degree in Materials Science & Engrg from NUS. He continued his post graduate studies in Texas University on Data Science & Business Analytics, and has also read Digital Transformation :IOT, Blockchain, AI and Additive Manufacturing from MIT.
Professionally, he has advanced manufacturing leadership experience in I4.0. Technology from R&T to solution implementation, as well as being a Certified Program/Project (PgMP/PMP) professional with experience in aerospace, industrial automation, electronics manufacturing. He is also a certified SCRUM master.
He has also technical development experiences in BE electronics manufacturing, and has Certified Six Sigma Black Belt in Operation Excellence and Design for Six Sigma Black Belt
Arthur is currently Head of TTI AET Asia at Infineon Technologies responsible for successful implementation of advanced automation & digitalization projects for Infineon backend (BE) sites. Build on modular solution capability to enable scalability of automation across sites, and driving BE equipment digitalization: Standardized advanced process control with added AI & machine learning capabilities.
